How do you create a small ADU that supports work/guests and an urban farm and could be converted to a small house in the future?

Frog Run

Frog Run is an ADU that supports the McLennan Heron Hall Living Building.  The small structure is also a guest house and artist studio but could be converted into a separate home at a later date.  The structure has a photovoltaic array for electric car charging as well as making it net zero for all operations.  The project is registered with the Living Building Challenge alongside “Chicken Hall” the world’s smallest registered Living Building project.
